“Muslim world will not succeed without unity”, Pakistani minister

Pakistan’s Minister of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony in a meeting held at Iran’s Foreign Ministry hailed the Islamic Unity Conference and similar gatherings in promoting solidarity among Muslims.

Abdul Shakoor Sardar Khan in his address to the participants of the 36th International Islamic Unity Conference hosted by Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian appreciated Islamic Republic of Iran over endeavors to expand and boost Islamic unity, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He lauded the remarks by the Supreme Leader assimilating Israeli regime to a cancerous tumor which should be stemmed and vowed Pakistan’s pursuit of that objective.
 
Sardar Khan stressed importance of bringing hearts closer and noted,” Without convergence and solidarity there will be no success” referring to the fraternal ties between Shia and Sunni communities in Pakistan.
 
He called on all Islamic countries to maintain convergence in line with materializing a unified Islamic ummah.
