A senior Iranian Sunni cleric said the Operation True Promise was a firm response and a unique lesson for the criminal Israeli regime who took measures away from international laws.

Mamusta Sanar Tamarnejad, the prayer leader of the Sunni community in Naqadeh County, in Iran’s West Azerbaijan Province quoted the Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei regarding a certain punishment for the Israeli regime’s terrorist attack on Iranian consular building in Damascus, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
In an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA), the cleric said,” The fact that the Islamic Republic of Iran brought happiness to the oppressed people in Gaza after months of Israeli war, infanticide and displacement is a great pride for the Iranian nation.”
 
The Friday prayer leader of Naqadeh hailed the reprisal measure by Iran as a timely and legal defense for its national interests and also the oppressed people in Gaza.
 
Mamusta Tamarnejad said the Operation True Promise, as demanded by the people on International Quds Day, gave a firm response and a unique lesson to the criminal Israeli regime who had taken measures in violation of the international laws.”
