Two million Yemeni children deprived of education under Saudi-led aggression: UN report
Office of Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has posted on its Twitter that over two million Yemeni children have been deprived of school due to ongoing aggressions against the Arab country and another ten million are studying under critical condition, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Christa Rottensteiner, chief of mission for Yemen, International Organization for Migration (IOM), expressed regret that Yemeni children in refugee camps are not able to attend school due to continuation of aggressions against the country.

She vowed that IOM will spare no effort to support the Yemeni children though that will be a drop in the ocean because the critical condition of Yemeni children summons further efforts.

This is while the authorities from the UNICEF stressed that the contributions by the international body for Yemen will be in line with its commitments in regards to the children.

The United Nations Children's Fund also called on US-Saudi-Emirati coalition to lift the blocks for sending humanitarian aids to the refugees and facilitate the displaced Yemenis' access to primary social services.
