Clerics should  lead the nation to face the challenges
Sayyed Ali Fadlallah stressed on the need that Muslim scholars and Islamic authorities make considerable efforts to prevent the escalation of atonement and the phenomena of extremism in the Islamic reality, pointing out that what makes things complicated, is not to keep up with religious sites of what is happening within the Muslim world.

During a speech at the World Assembly of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) in Tehran, His Eminence emphasized that ignoring, what is happening in the Arab world of popular and public mobility, by Clerics and Islamic references reflects the lack of awareness of the emerging nature of the stage and circumstances and their interactions.

Fadlallah Said that all the risks that are threaten the internal reality, "calls for Muslim scholars and religious authorities to address it with determination, and this is unfortunately we are not witnessing it in an effective and practical way, but we found some open the way to it and embraced by, or afraid to stand against it".

His Eminence believed that what makes things complicated, is not to keep up with religious sites of what is happening within the Muslim world of mobility and vitality, and to consider these sites they are not directly concerned by what is happening, in addition to not produce a speech that meets the aspirations, which result that rising segments of the nation's despair the possibility to initiate these sites to adhere to Islam, at the time on wich young audiences are eager to freedom.

He concluded: "The responsibility of Clerics at this stage, is to be the nation's leaders that protect it from slipping into what others want to tempt, to guide it to meet the challenges of home and abroad, and to build a curriculum,method and the straight path, which protects the nation from the deviation or loss".
