Pointing to Iran's significant scientific and technological achievements and capabilities and announcing Iran’s readiness to share these achievements with Algeria, Raisi considered the strengthening of interactions between Islamic countries as a basis for forming a strong group of Islamic aligned countries.
 
Ahmed Attaf, Foreign Minister of the of Algeria, while conveying the warmest greetings and best wishes of the president of his country to Ayatollah Raisi, also pointed to the very productive telephone call between the presidents of the two countries and said: Abdelmadjid Tebboune in line with these conversations, has tasked me to inform your Excellency of Algeria's determination, and readiness to expand relations with Iran at the highest possible level.
 
Praising the foreign policy achievements of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the field of foreign relations and efforts to expand relations with friendly, and Muslim countries, Algeria's foreign minister added: The level of economic and commercial relations between the two countries is in no way proportional to the mutual political relations but with the efforts of the presidents of the two countries, we will see changes in the field of economic and commercial relations.
