Unity, liberation of al-Quds, prayer of all Muslims on Eid al-Fitr

An Iranian Sunni cleric highlighted importance of solidarity in the world of Islam and said Islamic unity and liberation of al-Quds will be the prayer of every Muslim on Eid al-Fitr.

Mamusta Faeq Rostami, member of the supreme council at World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) stressed importance of boosting unity in the Islamic ummah and liberation of the world’s oppressed nations, naming the Palestinian nation.
 
Prayer leader of the Sunni community in Sanandaj added,” Any communal program by Muslims, like the Friday prayer, is performed in line with strengthening solidarity of Muslims.”
 
He said,” The fasting month of Ramadan is a month for Muslims to purify their souls and convene on Eid al-Fitr.”
 
Top cleric called on all Muslims to help the needy people on Eid al-Fitr and boost unity with each other.
 
Mamusta Faeq Rostami also urged all Muslims to pray for materialization of Islamic unity and also liberation of the Palestinian nation from the grip of occupying Israeli regime.
