Moscow has rapped a new round of sanctions imposed by Washington over the alleged role of Russia in Ukraine crisis vowing to give proper ‘response’ to the ‘absurd’ move.

Head of the Syrian government delegation to the peace talks with the opposition group has strongly rejected the proposal offered by some countries, naming Saudi Arabia and the US, saying the plan ‘does not even worth the ink.’
