Al-Azhar grand mufti:

“Palestinian cause will emerge victorious”

The grand mufti of al-Azhar asserted that the Palestinian nation will resolutely stay in their land and emphasizing that the Palestinians will finally emerge victorious.

Sheikh Ahmad al Tayyeb said the Israeli regime did not achieve any of its objectives and the crimes it committed despite the heavy weaponry its forces used, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA). 
 
The prominent Egyptian cleric noted that the regime aims to occupy the Gaza Strip and target the Sini in order to accomplish its ambition of the Greater Israel, which will never be achieved.
 
Israeli regime has been bombing the besieged Gaza Strip for 159 days defying the continued international calls to end its genocidal war against the Palestinian civilians.
 
The regime had introduced two objectives: releasing the captives and eliminating Hamas resistance movement behind its onslaughts against the besieged territories.
