Iran, Oman to boost religious ties

A senior Iranian cleric has met with Omani Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs in line with boosting the religious cooperations between the two countries.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, the Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought has arrived in the capital Muscat in line with strengthening the bilateral relations between the two countries, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
The Iranian cleric was warmly welcomed by the Secretary General of Omani grand mufti, Sheikh Ahmad bin Saud Al-Siabi.
 
The Iranian cleric made the visit in line with boosting bilateral relations and exchange of experiences on endowments and religious affairs.
