Islamic awakening would not exist without Iran’s Revolution

Manager of Lebanon’s al-Rasalah radio said it is not difficult to imagine that we would be discouraged of Islamic awakening had it not been for the leadership of late Imam Khomeini (RA).
Islamic awakening would not exist without Iran’s Revolution
Talal Hatoum, manager of al-Resalah radio network highlighted the role of late founder of Islamic Revolution in encouraging the Islamic countries in confrontation with the arrogant powers, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

In his speech at the webinar on “Imam Khomeini, rise of unity and awakening of Muslim world” he referred to the high status of late leader of Islamic Revolution in the hearts of world Muslims due to his uprising and endeavors to liberate the Islamic ummah.

He said,” It is not hard to imagine how dispirited we would have been had it not been for the late Imam Khomeini (RA)” and added,” People would have been disheartened to confront the arrogant powers, Palestine would have been totally forgotten and the Israeli threat would have been intensified.”

Talal Hatoum noted that Imam Khomeini found it necessary to rise up as he found the assets of the Muslim nations looted, the Islamic sanctities in the occupied lands desecrated and the Palestinian nation displaced.

He hailed the Islamic Revolution in Iran as an uprising that pushed the regional as well as the world countries to ponder and said,” All efforts to contain the Islamic Revolution in Iran failed though enemies continue struggles to distort the uprising.”

Talal Hatoum and a number of religious, cultural and political elites expressed their views at the webinar on “Imam Khomeini, rise of unity and awakening of Muslim world” held by Iran’s World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought.
