Imam Khomeini founded, promoted morale of Islamic fraternity

Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought lauded the late founder of Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini (RA), for founding and expanding the morale of fraternity among the Islamic denominations.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, in his speech at webinar on “Rise of Unity and Awakening of Muslim World” said Imam Khomeini turned the pretexts for division into grounds for unity, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He said,” Imam Khomeini (RA) left a legacy of resistance against the world oppressors and features that have not been found in any other person.”
 
According to the top cleric a prominent feature of Imam Khomeini’s school of thought is its reliance on Qur’an and Nabawi lifestyle.
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari referred to the theoretic and pragmatic knowledge of Islam in Imam Khomeini and stressed,” A certain reason for victory of Islamic Revolution was the circle of elites and knowledgeable experts who gathered around the late Imam.”
 
Top scholar noted,” An amalgamation of great knowledge of Fiq’h, mysticism and Islamic philosophy in Imam Khomeini (RA) led the late Imam to propose the philosophy of political system for the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
 
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought also lauded the bravery of Imam Khomeini (RA) as a leader that turned into a courageous resistance against an oppressor like former Iraqi dictator, Saddam Hussein.
 
The top Iranian cleric made the remarks in his speech at international webinar on Imam Khomeini (RA) also attended by a number of religious, cultural and political experts from across the globe.
