The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the outrageous action of an extremist group in Denmark in insulting the Holy Qur'an again, especially in the holy month of Ramadan.

 Kanaani considered ignoring the recent audacity in the name of human rights to be completely contrary to the universal and authentic human rights and pointed out: “The Islamic Republic of Iran and Muslim countries and nations expect the authorities of Denmark to take responsibility and cancel the permits for such desecrations and hate mongers should prevent the repetition of such offensive under the pretext of freedom of speech.”
