Leader of the Islamic Republic will deliver the annual New year speech at the holy shrine of Imam Reza on Tuesday marking the first day of the Persian New Year.

The speech by Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei will be televised live at 4:00 in the evening on the first day of the Persian New Year as the annual tradition is performed, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
The Leader’s visit to the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) was cancelled for the past three years due to the COVID-related circumstances.
 
The speech during the past three years were broadcasted live on television without the presence of the public.
 
Iranians will mark Nowruz, the beginning of Persian New Year 1402 less than an hour past midnight on Monday.
