Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution:

“Enemies hopeful of our flaws, constantly discouraged since Islamic Revolution”

Supreme Leader of Islamic Republic met with the head and officials of the Judiciary on the martyrdom anniversary of Ayatollah Mohammad Hussein Beheshti marked as Judiciary Day stressing the key role of the branch in administration of the country.

Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in this meeting held on Tuesday morning referred to several instances when enemies were hopeful of ending the Islamic Revolution but were constantly disappointed, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution commemorated late Ayatollah Beheshti and the martyrs of Judiciary hailing the late cleric as a renowned figure who had close cooperation with the Islamic Revolution since his return from abroad back in early 70s.
The Leader referred to the chaotic situation in Iran in the early days after the victory of Islamic Revolution when the Mujahedin Khalq Organization (MKO) launched attacks against the ordinary people and popular forces in any possible way.
Ayatollah Khamenei noted the three months during which Ayatollah Beheshti and a number of prominent political figures in Haft tir bombing on June 28, 1981 as the darkest time with horrible incidents demanding which administration is capable of standing against all such incidents?
Supreme Leader referred to the horrible instances in Iran including the martyrdom of Ayatollah Beheshti and the following incidents bringing much ecstasy to enemies and hopes for an end to the system in Iran though they were all disappointed.
The Leader said,” Enemies have been hopeful of a defect or a shortcoming in the Islamic Republic system though they were disappointed not knowing that the key to Iran’s rising amid much pressure imposed on the country.”
Supreme Leader noted,” Enemies have not discovered that there are calculations and connections rather than political ones and those are the heavenly relationships.”
“To depend upon the fact that we are Muslims or Shias does not bring us the freedom to behave as we wish. We can stand on our feet and beat the discourage enemies as we did back four decades ago” said the Leader.
Ayatollah Khamenei referred to the key role of Judiciary in the administration of the country and enumerated the responsibilities of the judiciary in promotion of justice across the nation.
