Top cleric stresses boosting Islamic solidarity during Ramadan
Secretary General of the International Union for Muslim Scholars (IUMS) has stressed necessity of boosting Islamic solidarity during the holy month of Ramadan.

Sheikh Ali Mohiuddin Qara Daghi, senior cleric called the fasting month of Ramadan as an opportunity for obeying the sacred commands of God Almighty for boosting solidarity in the Islamic nation in confrontation with enemies of Islam and arrogant powers, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
The cleric referred to maintaining solidarity as a responsibility for all Muslims and noted that the hearts should tend for reconciliation and cooperation between Islamic nations during the fasting month of Ramadan.
He quoted verses from the holy Qur’an recommending Muslims to cooperate among themselves and create a unified nation.
“My message to all of you Muslim brothers and sisters, Muslim leaders, scholars and intellectuals is to reconcile with the Almighty God, yourself and your nation” said the senior cleric and highlighted,” Muslim nations are in dire need of unity since the enemies have invaded our Muslim nation.”
He hailed Muslim world as a big nation which is unfortunately dispersed; therefore, in more demand of solidarity than any other time.
Sheikh Ali Mohiuddin Qara Daghi made the comments in his speech at a special coverage for the fasting month of Ramadan.
