Israeli forces attacked the family members of the Palestinian prisoners who staged a sit-in around the Ofer Prison to protest occupying and policy of Israeli regime, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

The family members demanded for the release of Palestinian prisoners and asked for closing the political jails but Israeili forces attacked people with tear gas to disperse the protests.

Palestinian prisoners are not common criminals but rather freedom fighters, who exercised their legitimate right (of resisting occupation).

The Palestine branch of the international movement for the defense of children said in a statement on Tuesday that 90% of Palestinian minors detained in Israel were tortured.
