Friday prayer leaders in Lebanon stressed elites and intellectuals as the most important necessity of Arab and Islamic countries at present warning against religious intrigues in some Arab countries.

Prayer leaders in Lebanon warned against religious and tribal disunity saying that the plots of the enemies aim at securing the interests of the arrogant powers and the Zionist regime, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Seyyed Ali Fadl Allah, Prayer leader of Beirut in his weekly sermon criticized policies of the arrogant powers for hatching plots in the region and said the plots aim at securing the interests of colonial countries noting,” This is while the Zionist regime is continuing its settlement expansion in full peace as well as its usual project, demolition of Al Aqsa Mosque.”

He said,” This style of demolition is what goes on in Syria leading to bloodshed and destruction of cities and villages.” Adding,” In return the arrogant powers not only ignore solutions for regional crisis but also fuel the fire of intrigues in the region.”

Lebanese cleric highlighted dialogue as the sole way out of the present Syria crisis and called that a good answer to arrogant policies of the world powers.

According to Seyyed Ali Fadl Allah, the same problem prevails in Iraq when daily terror attacks leaves several Muslims killed and inhured.

“These terror attacks aim at fanning religious and tribal intrigues so that Iraqi nation cannot live in peace or makes developments.”

Allame Nablosi, prayer leader of Sidon, in his weekly sermon referred to spread of clashes and intrigues in different regions in Lebanon and noted,” The aim of this big project is firstly to wage dispersion in Lebanon army to weaken them and then to block the way of supporters of Lebanon as well as waging marginal clashes and religious intrigues in the country.”

In this line Sheikh Maher Hamoud, Friday prayer leader of Al Quds Mosque in Sidon demanded Islamic organizations to give an image of true Islam which does not lie, serves the people and is committed to its duties.

Sheikh Abdul Amir Qabalan, deputy of Lebanon Shia Supreme Council, demanded all Syrian governments and nations to move in line with the interests of the people and avoid corruption, disunity and evil.

He said the massacre of the people and oppression in some countries are not in relation with Islam and everybody should follow the path of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and Imam Mahdi (AS) to prevail goodness and philanthropy on earth.
