Several bomb blasts and shooting incidents have claimed the lives of 54 people across Pakistan in retaliation of the militant groups pushed out of the region by government forces.
More than a dozen civilians have been killed following a suspected ISIL member blew himself up among the people leaving the city of Mosul amid the last struggles by the terrorist group to keep its stronghold.
"In all realms and areas, Iranian nations have showed they always stand by oppressed nation of Palestine," underscored the governor of Bandar Torkaman.
"Reviving Islamic values and fostering such religious identity related issues as Al-Quds day rally should be placed high on agenda," said Prominent Sunni cleric of Golestan province.
"People of Kurdistan, along with other Muslims from all Islamic sects and denominations, will defend the ideals of Palestinians," pointed out Friday Prayer Leader of Marivan.
Ayatollah Nouri Hamadani said, “By launching these missiles, the dear Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps shook the limbs of the enemies of this nation with their efforts, ability and strength.”
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani described the massive demonstrations on the International Quds Day as an indication of hatred for the Zionist regime of Israel and of support for the oppressed Palestinians.
Senior Iranian clerics praised high turnout in the nationwide rallies held to mark the International Quds Day, saying the Palestinian issue will not fade into oblivion.
