Shia, Sunni unity is a necessity in countering terrorists

Haj Qafour Akhound Yazdani, Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Baqloa, in Raz va Jargalan area in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) placed accentuation on the necessity of unity and solidarity among Shia and Sunni people in infighting terrorist and extremist groups like ISIL in the region.
“Today all Muslims, no matter Shia and Sunni, are in dire need for implementation of divine commands in the area of unity and solidary much more than before,” pointed out Haj Qafour Akhound Yazdani calling on Muslims to safegaurd thier standing rapprochement so as to go through and brave the current setbacks world of Islam beset by.
Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Baqloa denounced the recent terrorist attack on a Shia mosque in the Kuwaiti capital and similar measures in Tunisia and other Islamic countries which claimed many a life of innocent people.
At least 25 people were killed and over 200 others injured in the bombing that was carried out during the weekly Friday prayers at Imam Sadiq Mosque in Kuwait City. Along with this incident, at least 37 people were also killed in an attack by two unidentified gunmen in the Port El Kantaoui tourist complex, 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) north of the town of Sousse in Tunisia.
With this connection, Sunni cleric of Raz va Jargalan area demanded international organizations and foundations to bring terrorist groups and those stand behind such measures to book for their inhumane and monstrous moves.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Haj Qafour Akhound Yazdani touched upon the willful objectives advanced by the arrogant world and the regime of Zionism stressing they supply the route for terrorists and Takfiri groups like DAESH, seeking to project Muslims as terrorist.
The senior cleric went on to note, “In the here and now, not only for Iran but also for people worldwide, it has been proven beyond a shadow of doubt that countries like UK. U.S and the regime of Israel sit behind misbehavers, misdeeds and vandalism occurring in Muslim countries.”
Haj Qafour Akhound Yazdani placed accentuation on the necessity of unity among Muslims, referring Muslims in this regard to the Quran Verse saying, “And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you when you were enemies and He brought your heart together and you became, by His favor, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.”
Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Baqloa expressed his deep sarrow over the bloodletting, commiserating with bereaved family of the victims in recent terrorist attacks, praying God to give patience to them.
