Iran condemns Israeli regime over mass graves recovered in Khan Younis

Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman has denounced in strongest terms the Israeli regime as responsible for the massacre and mass burial of Palestinians in Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis.

Nasser Kanaani called on the world community and international organizations to confront the impunity of the perpetrators behind the crime, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
His comments come in the wake of the recovery of more than 200 bodies from mass graves in Nasser Hospital yard with most of the victims being children, women and the elderly.
 
Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman emphasized the international laws, naming Geneva Convention 1949, that mandates warring sides in a battle to search for, collect and care for the wounded.
 
He added,” The recurring and organized crimes by Israeli regime against the Palestinians in Gaza Strip, are among instances of ethnic cleansing and war crimes.”
 
Kanaani called on the UN Secretary General, presidency of the UN Security Council and all member states in the international body to condemn the crime and use all national, regional and international capabilities to prosecute and punish the perpetrators behind the crime.
