Huj. Shahriari congratulates new leader of Pakistan’s Jamaat-e-Islami

The Secretary General of Iran’s World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought has congratulated senior Pakistani cleric, Maulana Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman, for his appointment as the new leader of Pakistan’s Jamaat-e-Islami.

 Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari called Maulana Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman as a forerunner of Islamic unity in Pakistan hailing his efforts to boost solidarity and fraternity among Muslims, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He lauded the clear anti-arrogance and anti-Zionist stances of the Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan and the massive rallies held against the Israeli regime and world arrogant powers.
 
The cleric said,” World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought announces its readiness for joint cooperation in the field of unity of Muslim world and proximity of the Islamic denominations in the region.”
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari also lauded the late leaders of the Jamaat-e-Islami for their endeavors and wise and unifying guidelines.
 
He expressed hope for fulfillment of the unified Islamic ummah and also the Union of Islamic countries in order to achieve a new Islamic civilization.
