Arab countries warn of Israeli regime violence breaking new records
The United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva held on Wednesday a general debate under Agenda Item 7 on the human rights situation in Palestine and other occupied Arab territories.

In a joint statement, a group of Arab countries expressed rejection of some countries’ decision to abstain from participating in the general debate under agenda Item 7, noting that supporting the work of this item reflects the international community’s commitment to addressing the ongoing racist Israeli practices and policies against the Palestinian people.

The joint statement stated that the Israeli forces and settlers' violations of international law, especially the Fourth Geneva Convention, are breaking new records.

Arab nations urged the international community to fulfill its duty and take decisive action to put an end to the occupation and protect the rights of the Palestinian people.
