Member of Yemeni negotiating team at the Yemeni National Salvation Government, Abdul Malik al-Ajri, reacted to the latest claim by the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken that the Yemen war was prolonged due to Yemen's retaliatory attacks.

Blinken has reportedly reacted furiously after Yemeni forces targeted Saudi Aramco facilities inside the Arab kingdom on Saturday.

He called on the Houthis to agree with a comprehensive ceasefire immediately claiming that the cross border attacks and attacks inside Yemen were intensifying the humanitarian crisis and prolonging the conflict.

Yemen's Ansarullah spokesman Mohammad Abdul Salam denounced the US interference in the domestic issues of Yemen and hindering a diplomatic resolution to the conflict.

Abdul Salam had previously slammed the United States for meddling in Yemen, violating the sovereignty of the Arab country through military aggression.
