Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has sent his condolences with Iraqi government and nation over Ibn al-Khatib Hospital blaze.

Iranian Foreign Minister expressed sympathy with the bereaved families of the victims in the al-Khatib Hospital incident which left dozens dead and injured, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
Also Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman has issued a message following the incident at Baghdad hospital to express sympathy with the Iraqi government and nation particularly the families of victims who lost their lives at al-Khatib Hospital.
 
Dozens of people have been killed and injured as an oxygen tank exploded at Ibn al-Khatib Hospital in the Diyala Bridge area of the Iraqi capital Baghdad.
 
The hospital had admitted coronavirus patients despite the worn out condition due to decades of conflict following the US invasion on the Arab country.
 
Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi has reportedly ordered an investigation into the deadly fire.
