Hajj displays determination, unity in world of Islam

The prayer leader of Divandarreh County in Iran’s Kurdistan province hailed the Hajj pilgrimage as a symbol of determination and solidarity among Muslims.

Mamusta Jamal Moradi, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) referred to the motto of the Hajj pilgrimage this year as “Hajj, Qur’an-orientation, compassion, determination of Islamic nation and defending Palestine”.
 
He said that a pilgrimage based on holy Qur’an is in fact a display of unity and determination of Muslims and such a pilgrim cannot be ignorant to his (religious) brothers and sisters.
 
The Iranian Sunni scholar referred to a meeting of the Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei with the executives of Hajj stressing importance of paying attention to the ongoing genocidal war in the besieged Gaza Strip.
 
He hailed as “awesome and unparalleled” the reaction of the non-Muslim communities to the Israeli atrocities against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip stressing,” No one would believe that one day the students in the US and European countries would rise in support of the Palestinians.”
 
Mamusta Moradi stressed importance of the Muslim world support for the Palestinians and said once the Muslim countries join hands in solidarity with Palestinians, Palestinians would not face such desperate situation.
