Unity of hearts, prerequisite to Islamic unity

Turkish thinker attending the 37th Islamic Unity Conference has enumerated the commonalities of all Islamic denominations stressing that the unity of hearts as the prerequisite to solidarity among all Muslims.

Professor Ramadhan Orenler, in his speech at the webinar held for the 37th Islamic Unity Conference counted the common creator, same Qibla (praying direction), one prophet and same religion as shared assets of all Muslims, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He said,” All people are born to attend as assessment whose principles are already known by the holy books sent by the Almighty God” and added,” Same way holy Qur’an has also taught us the way to achieve happiness.”
 
Turkish professor hailed the annual Islamic Unity Conference for contributing to lead a life in the path of holy Qur’an and the lifestyle of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
 
He stressed that a pious person cannot feel enmity towards a co-religion because they are united in religion which leads to unity of their hearts.

The 37th International Islamic Unity Conference has been scheduled to convene Shia and Sunni elites and religious figures on 28th September to 3rd October 2023. As organized by Iran’s World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, this year the meeting focuses on the theme “Islamic Cooperation to Achieve Common Values.” The event is annually held concurrent with the Islamic Unity Week which marks the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
