The Palestinian Health Ministry has announced 500 medical team workers have been killed since the beginning of Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip on 7 October.

The ministry pointed out that 138 nurses were also murdered during the attacks, calling on the international community to “protect medical personnel and health institutions in Gaza.”

According to the same sources, the occupation forces have also arrested 310 others, while dozens are still missing.

Israeli regime forces have conducted several attacks against the hospitals across the Gaza Strip where the patients were receiving medical services or the displaced took shelter.
 
The regime forces also placed siege on several hospitals and raided the healthcare centers claiming that the medical centers were used as Hamas resistance headquarters.
 
The regime has not provided any evidences on the claim yet.
 
The health ministry added that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli bombardments and shooting attacks, which started on October 7, climbed to 35,034 martyrs and the number of the wounded surged to 78,755 people.
