Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought denounced the US and Israel as the major reason behind economic, social and political problems in Islamic countries highlighting resistance as the mere solution against world oppressors.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, top Iranian cleric attended the webinar "The Impact of Hajj and Recognition of the Ghadir Event in the Realization of Islamic Unity"  held by Iran’s cultural attaché in South Africa to stress the capabilities of Hajj pilgrimage in boosting Islamic unity and settling the issues of Muslims across the globe, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He referred to the political, economic and social benefits of Hajj for Muslims and said,” A major benefit of Hjj is exchange of knowledge among Muslims from across the globe since it boosts cooperation among them.”
 
He said the great convention of Muslims shows what great moves they can makes and how great impacts they can leave in the world.
 
“This cooperation among Muslims can help Muslims in confrontation with their shared enemies also enemies of Islam, holy Qur’an and Ka’aba” said the scholar.
 
Top cleric noted,” Muslims are ordered to stand against the tyrants and oppressors” calling on believers not to submit against enemies.
 
He referred to the sacrifice made by Muslims during Hajj pilgrimage and said,” God Almighty, in Eid al-Adha has shown us both kindness and attention for the poor.”
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari noted that when Muslims from across the globe convene for Tawaf and stoning the devil they can understand capability to stand against enemies at any time and in any place.
 
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought denounced the Muslim rulers who violate the rights of their citizens as one reason behind backwardness in some Islamic states and also their dependence on world arrogant powers.
 
“The only solution for poverty and social issues in the Islamic countries should be sought in resistance” said Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari and referred to Palestine, Yemen, Iraq and Syria as the countries where Muslims beat their enemies only because of their resistance.
 
He vowed that victory of Muslims is quite near and that the arrogant powers will finally lose their plots against Muslims.

A number of Shia and Sunni scholars naming Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Seyyed Abdul Fattah Navvab, Representative of the Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and aulana Aftab Heidar, Head of Ahlul Bayt center in South Africa participated webinar held on Thursday coinciding Ghadir Eid.
