Terrorist groups, brainchild of Zionism to tarnish image of Islam
Political and religious thinkers have been attracted by recent years’ changes to the world of Islam and the Middle East countries, expansion of different grouplets and various Takfiri (excommunication) movements which have risen under the name of Islam and launching an Islamic government but in reality they are spreading Wahhabi thoughts.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Sheikh Ali Kourani, prominent Lebanese scholar, in an interview with Rasa News Agency has detailed his views on Mahdism, regional issues and changes to the world of Islam.
He said all Shia and Sunni scholars believe that the first group which paves the way for appearance of Imam Mahdi (AS)- 12th Shia Imam and grandson of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and savior of the world according to Islam- is from the east a fact which is sternly distorted by Wahhabi movement.
On the other hand Saudi Arabia has focused on the black flags- a symbol of Khorasani supporters, enemy of Imam Mahdi (AS)-among Takfiri groups introducing ISIL and other Takfiri groups to the world with black clothes and flags. All these prove that Wahhabism has launched the movement with precise command to the issue and intentions to create fake denominations and grouplets.
According to the cleric Wahhabism is a movement in line with Sofyani, enemy of Imam Mahdi (AS) based on Hadiths. At present Wahhabism is in coalition with the Zionist regime of Israel standing against Hezbollah; therefore, today we have to be ready for a proxy war with the Zionist regime, representing Wahhabi movement.
The cleric was asked on Riyadh-Tel Aviv ties to fuel regional issues and confrontation with a unified Islamic nation to which he called Saudi Arabia as a country launched by the UK and a puppet of the Zionist regime of Israel with quite wide relations to the point that Zionists, in their strategy to handle all Muslims, particularly Shia, follow the guidelines of Zionist regime.
When asked about formation of unity among different countries including Iran, Iraq, Syria and other resistance states and if the coalition can be called as a preliminary step to realization and spread of Islamic unity, the cleric stressed realization of a unified nation is quite difficult, probably impossible, as far as Wahhabism exists.
He noted that Saudi Arabia is basically against Islamic unity because it finds the achievement a great danger to its existence; hence, it has been pushing to undermine any effort for formation of a unified Islamic nation.
Conferences, summits and practical measures taken by Iran to realize Islamic nation are all satisfactory though Wahhabism is always in ambush to ruin the endeavor.
Unity of Islamic nation is a great damage to the body of Wahhabism; therefore, Al Saud is in pursuit of massacre, Takfir, division and dispersion of Shia and Sunni.
AS far as Wahhabism is spread in the Islamic nation, the path for Islamic unity will remain an uneasy one. Proximity clerics are true Muslims. Thoughts by Sheikh Ahmad al Tayyeb, prominent Egyptian Mufti, are in line with other proximity figures though his thoughts are not spread due to the Salafi ambiance dominating Egypt. Egypt, by nature, is a supporter of unity but due to reasons including politics, media propaganda and huge Saudi investments; Egyptians are engulfed in Salafi and Wahhabi thoughts.
Takfiri groups are brainchildren of Al Saud Wahhabi ideology; hence, they will never threat the Arab kingdom. Even Sunni clerics in Saudi Arabia do not dare to express opposition with the government and issue fatwas (religious statements) only when permitted by the government.
The path taken by grand Ayatollah Khamenei and Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah to unite Islamic nation is absolutely correct and we respect the ideas of all Islamic denominations same way that we struggle for realization of Islamic unity. Policy pursued by the Islamic Republic of Iran to confront Wahhabi thoughts is an appropriate one because Wahhabism is not a denomination of Islam. It is only a fake path.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Sheikh Ali Kourani concluded with Zionist ideology to confront the resistance, particulalry Hezbollah, saying Zionism has chosen to launch terrorist groups under the name of Islam and spread of Islamophobia as a way to confront Hezbollah, tarnish the image of true Islam, Shia and the Islamic resistance. Al Saud is also cooperating with the Zionist regime in the same line.
At present ISIL is a puppet of the US and Zionist regime thought thoughts, ideology, religion and beliefs of groups like ISIL and Al Nusra is Wahhabism.
A recent official poll shows that almost 72 per cent of the people in Saudi Arabia are supporters of ISIL and confirm the thoughts and behaviors of the terrorist group. This is quite alarming for the Islamic nation to stem Wahhabi thoughts.
