'Elites, main pillars of societies': Ayatollah Araki

"Religious elites are the main pillars of societies," stressed Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thoughts.


Addressing a seminar of " Morals and manners of Razavi"  mounted in Arak Province, stressed Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thoughts hailed thinkers and elites holding them as the pillars based on which societies are build, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

President of Iran top unity center beckoned to Quran verses as it says, "And on that Day, the weighing will truly be done; so those whose scales prove heavy are the successful. And those whose scales are light are the people who put themselves to ruin the recompense of the injustice they used to do out signs," stressing those of people lost their humanity which was a real asset would not reach salvation.

Ayatollah Araki urged clerics not to bow out of their religious obligations in guiding people to the right path and meanwhile called Muslims not to  have dismissive attitude toward Islamic instructions and principles offered by clerics.

Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thoughts demanded elites including scientists, instructors are religious seminaries and university professors to preserve their real place and try their very utmost in this area.

With rapturous devotion to their duty, Muslims should try their utmost to abide by religious and code of ethics, with this connection President of Iran top unity body stressed Muslims should stand against oppression, inasmuch as all plagued situation derived from cruelty and oppression.

Elsewhere in his remarks, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki hailed those marking the Journalist day in Iran stressing, "holding honoring ceremony to commemorate Journalists' Day is an extremely good move."

To Ayatollah Araki, the press are influential in observing ethics and law, and promoting culture and always stress the opportunity to use the press not as an information-giving venue but as a way through which to stand against tyrannical societies.

In his line, Public awareness and professionalism is on the rise as the press are aging in Iran, given that participation of the old generation and the new one can provide a good mixture for the future.

" Morals and manners of Razavi"  was mounted in Arak Province on August 8 with religious thinkers and clerics in attendance. The participants in the event highlighted the prime importance of following and abiding by the Islamic ordinance which in turn provide the way for them to make headways in various areas.
