A senior Thai scholar said on Thursday that the West's excessive demand from Iran is not limited to the nuclear program.

Leader of Thailand's Shia Muslims Soleyman al-Hosseini underscored that these excessive demands are rooted in the West's hostility to Iran, reported IRNA.

He added West is only trying to serve its interests, adding the Iranian nuclear negotiating team must be very careful.

Al-Hosseini added the peaceful nature of Iran's nuclear program is crystal clear, adding the International Atomic Energy Agency has verified non-diversion of the Iranian nuclear program from the civilian path.
