'All clerics are members of Islamic Resistance Ulima Union'
Ayatollah Araki stressed Union of Islamic Resistance Ulima belongs to all religious thinkers and elites.

“Since its establishment, Islamic Resistance Ulima Union advanced so many cardinal measures as to its prescribed objectives,” said Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought at the sideline of first seminar of Islamic Resistance Ulima Union hosted by beirout.
Relating on measures taken by Islamic Resistance Ulima Union since its foundation, President of Iran Top unity Center, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA), appraised the stances taken by the resistance body in various arenas including siding with resistance, gathering and dispatching humanitarian aid for people of Gaza, and fighting terrorism very positive.
To Ayatollah Araki, taking positions against Zionism and the world arrogance in a variety of occasions, along with voicing clear and resolute position by its members, the union tried its utmost to advance the tasks to which it was entrusted.
“Forming Board of directors, its members selection, approval of the statute were of those objectives implemented by the union,” said the grand Ayatollah noting "the last and most important move taken by this body was mounting the first General Assambly of Islamic Resistance Ulima Union in Beirut attended by representatives of resistance clerics worldwide."
Ayatollah Araki called upon Muslim scholars and thinkers to join the Union so as to preserve the Islamic values and ordinence as well as the entire humanity, urging them to face the powers of Zionism and arrogance which still dominate the whole world and work to undermine all values and religions.
The announcement to establish the Union has been first made during the International Conference of Islamic World Scholars in Defense of Palestinian Resistance held in Tehran.
