Sunni MP calls Iranian nation to boost unity

Seyyed Ahsan Alavi, representative of Kurdistan Province in Iran’s Parliament, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) called the Leader as a watch over convergence of the Iranian nation calling the people to make more efforts in line with continuation of this solidarity.

He urged for expansion of unity across the world of Islam and noted,” Unity among different ethnic groups and Islamic denominations in Iran is widely echoed in the region and the security which prevails the country is in the light of their solidarity based on their joint assets.”

He quoted Christian Members in the Parliament expressing satisfaction over peaceful life in Iran and said,” That is a proof for the original morale which results in unity among Iranians.”

Member of the Sunni fraction in Iran’s Parliament stressed,” The fact that Supreme Leader stresses respects for Aisha, wife of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), is a translation of unity in Iran and the remarks by the Leader banning disrespect for Sunni sanctities is in fact an effort to maintain the solidarity among people, an attempt which should be deeply appreciated.”

Seyyed Ahsan Alavi added,” Supreme Leader is an axis of unity and Islamic Republic of Iran has resisted against Saudi Arabia and other puppets of Zionist regime due to this determination and national solidarity.”
