Iranian political expert stressed threats and bulling cannot stop Yemeni people from their natural and legal rights.

Mosayeb Naeemi, Iranian political expert on Middle East affairs, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) referred to the ultimatum for peace talks in Yemen saying that the process of talks depends on the field situation in the country.
He said,” Certainly had it not been for resistance of Yemeni people against expansionist policies of Saudi Arabia, the Arab kingdom would not have attended the talks.”
He noted,” Saudi Arabia seems to be pushing for achievements in the talks for what it has failed to gain in the battle field” and added,” Domestic Yemeni coalitions, including Ansarullah and the army as well as other parties resisting Saudi Arabia have found the fact and tested the final ambitions Saudi is pursuing.”
Therefore Saudi Arabia is struggling to distract talks due to some marginal issues though putting an end to the war, holding referendum and electing a government is accepted by all, Saudi Arabia is trying to involve its agents in Yemen’s future government through talks.
He stressed,” Two major issues, first the discussion on transitional government and then reconstruction are among the most critical topics in the talks because the Saudi government which is the reason for all these destructions and massacre in Yemen should pay for the damages but it seems to be shining the responsibility and has shouldered the reconstruction to the general fund.”
Naeemi added,” On the future government, following all these destruction, nothing but people’s votes can count. Anyway what Saudi Arabia is pursuing and what the Yemeni nation is demanding are quite different.”
The political expert noted,” Saudi Arabia is searching ways to justify itself from the crimes it has committed in Yemen but that will certainly not happen and it does not have any reason for all destruction and genocide in Yemen; therefore, this ultimatum, is a kind of pressure for Saudi Arabia.”
“Yemeni nation have resisted and defended their sovereignty without submission to bullying of Saudi Arabia and the Arab kingdom is not in a stance to mess the whole situation more than now” said he.
Mosayeb Naeemi stressed,” If Saudi Arabia could make military promotions or justify itself from the crimes in Yemen, it should have done so due to all international and western supports; therefore, threats cannot prevent Yemeni people from their natural, religious and legal rights.”
Saudis have decided to frighten the opposite side through this drill but everybody knows that the situation, competence and power of Saudi Arabia has weakened and certainly what Yemeni nation have wholeheartedly defended with their lives, will not submit to Saudi Arabia in the peace talks and Saudi Arabia is merely growing illusions to achieve what it has lost in the battlefield.
