Western-American War is waged against Syria

"The Lebanese must learn from history, which has shown that any party in Lebanon, relying on an external force, may benefit temporarily and then suffer a disaster. In this way, our call for dialogue ensures security to the Lebanese, especially since the balance of power in Lebanon is dependent on domestic considerations and not external developments, as some imagine," Member of the parliamentary bloc of Loyalty to the Resistance, Nawaf Moussawi said.

"The mission of the government is to prevent Lebanon from sliding into civil conflict, as some Western and regional governments encourage for." He urged the cabinet to fulfill its responsibility of building the state and economy in order to reduce the crisis suffered by the citizens and take the initiative to strengthen the Lebanese administration.

Moussawi concluded that Hezbollah believed that a Western-American War was being waged against Syria in order to occupy it, and use its territories as bases to attack other countries in the region, including Iraq.

"This campaign aims to weaken the Russian presence and hit the axis of the Resistance." he said.
