American Newspaper "Christian Science Monitor", quoted from EU intelligence sources that "Iran has caused a shock and amazement to Western intelligence agencies, in an incident occurred in the past two years that was not been published and according to these sources, Iran has succeeded in dimming spy satellite belonging to the CIA through targeting it accurately by a laser-ray.
 
The newspaper published the news without more details after Iran's success in penetrating the control system of the U.S. spy plane model RQ-170. 

The paper also quoted from an Iranian engineer that "Iran has succeeded in controlling the U.S. spy plane by targeting a fragile point in it, and was able to maneuver the plane to be lowered on its territory and Iran was able to control the plane by controlling GPS signals which and directed the plane through Iranian signals.

The newspaper also quoted from U.S. experts that in order to control the plane, it is a must to overcome three technology obstacles, according to these experts, the overcoming of these obstacles is not impossible but it is a major technological challenge.
