Ali Harb, a Lebanese prominent writer said that revolutions are a major event to change the standards by focusing in his book "The revolutions of Gentle Forces in the Arab world," the importance of the Internet as a new factor who was not present in the revolutions of the past, and that this factor has an easy communication between Arab youth.
