Iranian top cleric hails ‘glorious’ Operation True Promise

The Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought has hailed as ‘glorious’ the recent retaliatory missile strikes by Iranian Armed Forces against the Israeli positions in the occupied territories.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, in a message following the Operation True Promise lauded the retaliatory strikes in response to the Israeli terrorist attack targeting Iranian consular building in Damascus earlier this month, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
In an Israeli terrorist attack against the diplomatic facility of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Syrian capital, seven military advisors, including two senior commanders of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) were martyred.
 
The cleric said the operation was carried out in accordance with Iran’s right to self-defense against the atrocious measures of the Zionist regime that violated the international laws.
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari noted that the glorious and deterrent operation meant to punish the Israeli regime, as was promised by the Leader of the Islamic Republic.
 
The Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought said the world will soon witness topple of the ‘criminal, infanticide’ Israeli regime.
 
The senior cleric praised Iranian armed forces and called on the freedom seeking nations across the globe for supporting the oppressed Palestinian nation.

 
IRGC launched a barrage of missiles against the Israeli military bases in the occupied territories in a massive operation in response to the terrorist attack the regime carried out against the consular section of Iranian embassy in Damascus earlier this month.
