Issue of Palestine, unifying issue in Muslim world
The World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought has called the Muslims and freedom-seeking nations across the globe to participate in the upcoming International al-Quds Day.

In a message issued on Thursday, the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought has highlighted al Quds as number one Qibla (praying direction) of World Muslims and the heart of Palestine, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
It said,” From the River to the Sea is the hometown for a nation whose land has been occupied through treachery of the world powers, crimes by the Zionist Israeli regime and massacre of men, women and orphaned children.
The statement added,” The issue of Palestine has been and will remain the unifying topic in the world of Islam and the naming of the day by late Imam Khomeini (RA) is a ring to unite the Muslims and freedom seekers in support of holy al-Quds and liberation of Palestine.”
“To fight for freedom of Palestine is an Islamic and humane mission” continued the message by World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought and added,” The objective of such fight is the return of all Palestinians to their country and liberation of their lands from the River to the Sea.”
Iran’s major Islamic unity center hailed the operation al-Aqsa Storm for revealing the void pomp of the ‘Zionist Israeli regime’ surrendering to the unbreakable determination of the Palestinians.
“At present Gaza is the front line for confrontation of the world arrogant powers and Israeli regime with the oppressed nation of Palestine whose perseverance in face of western-backed Israeli crimes has turned into an honor for Islam” said the statement by World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought adding that,” Despite the will of enemies, Palestine has become number one issue across the globe.”
The World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought called on Muslims and freedom seekers across the globe and for massive turnout on the International al-Quds Day, condemn the crimes committed by Israeli regime and support the people who sacrifice their lives to defend holy Quds.
