The international conference entitled “Building Bridges Between Islamic Schools of Thoughts and Sects” inviting scholars from all Islamic countries.

Organized by Muslim World League, the two-day meeting hosts muftis, elites and scholars as well as prominent Islamic figures to the first meeting that invited followers of all Islamic denominations, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
According to the Muslim World League the meeting means to foster a unified Islamic brotherhood, cooperation and harmony in perspectives on key issues and goals of the Islamic ummah.
 
The global conference also aims to confront the “speeches”, “slogans” and “methods” of exclusion based on sects followed by the issuance of their historic charter: “The Charter of Building Bridges Between Islamic Sects”.
 
Also among the sections of the two-day event is an extraordinary session during which the senior scholars will discuss the ongoing war against Palestinians in Gaza Strip to stress establishment of an independent state of Palestine with holy al-Quds as its capital.
 
Abbas Khameyar, the cultural deputy from the University of Islamic Denominations and Ayatollah Ahmad Moballeghi, representative of the sixth round of the Assembly of Experts in Iran’s Parliament are the two Iranian representatives who will deliver speech at the conference.
