Commending Iraq's pivotal role in promoting regional stability, Amir-Abdollahian stressed the necessity of bolstering diplomatic and international endeavors to address the Zionist regime's crimes in Gaza.
Furthermore, Iran top diplomat positively appraised the progress in implementing the bilateral security agreement between Iran and Iraq, emphasizing the imperative to activate all its provisions.
In this meeting, Mohammad Hossein Bahrul Uloom, Deputy Foreign Minister of Iraq, condemned the 75-year Zionist occupation of Palestine.
He voiced support for Palestinian unity and urged the Islamic world to converge in support of Palestine's defense.
