Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi in a message congratulating his Turkish counterpart on the National Day of the Republic of Türkiye stated that the two sides had many grounds for further development of comprehensive relations.

 Ebrahim Raisi, in a message addressing Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Saturday said: "Undoubtedly, the serious will of the two countries to fully implement the comprehensive long-term cooperation plan draws a clear perspective for strengthening ties and realizing the common goals and interests of the two countries."
October 29 is day dedicated to the commemoration of the declaration of the Republic of Türkiye in 1923 and is nominated as the National Day of the Republic of Türkiye.
