Iraqi advisor calls Islamic countries to join resistance

Senior advisor at Patriotic Union of Iraqi Kurdistan has hailed the Islamic Republic of Iran as axis of solidarity among Muslims urging Islamic countries to join the resistance front.

Syed Ahmad Barzanji, the religious advisor of the Secretary General of Patriotic Union of Iraqi Kurdistan region, in his remarks at the first regional Islamic unity conference appreciated the constant support of Iran for the Muslim people in Iraqi Kurdistan region, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He warned of the aggressions by enemies and said,” The Middle East has turned to the battleground for sworn enemies of Muslims who aim the natural resources in the Islamic lands and dominate Muslim nations.”
 
Barzanji stressed,” Undoubtedly closer ties between hearts of Muslims is the greatest arm against plots by world Zionists and the US.
 
He expressed satisfaction that Iran and Iraqi Kurdistan region are cooperating as an axis of solidarity, Islamic unity and confrontation with enemies of Islam in the region.
 
Syed Ahmad Barzanji called on the Muslim rulers in the region to join the resistance front and stand by the regional nations against sworn enemies of Islam.
 
The first regional conference of Islamic unity is held in Iran’s Kurdistan province attended by prominent Shia and Sunni figures from Iran and Iraq.
