Pakistani top official has stressed the country's stance to not recognize Israel as a state addressing a press conference in Lahore on Saturday.

Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad, interior minister of Pakistan has announced on Saturday that Islamabad will not recognize Israel as a state, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
Addressing a press conference in Lahore, Pakistani top official made it clear to the chairman of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman that though he remained Chairman of Kashmir Committee but Prime Minister Imran rendered much more services for the cause of Kashmir and rights of Kashmiris.
 
Pakistani politicians, organizations and citizens have previously voiced their disapproval of steps in by some Arab and African Muslim-majority countries to normalize diplomatic relations with Israel.
