Huj. Shahriari condemns UAE-Israel normalization of ties

Top Iranian cleric has condemned some Arab states for normalization of ties with Israeli regime calling on scholars across the world of Islam to announce their stance against the move.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, in a phone call with Molavi olhtar Mofleh, leader of Islamic Movement in Afghanistan slammed the agreement for normalization of ties between the United Arab Emirates and Israeli regime, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He said,” It is high time that scholars across the world of Islam announce their opposite stance against the normalization of ties between some Arab states and Tel Aviv regime.”
 
The cleric referred to a recent meeting with representatives from Palestine complaining of more restrictions by Israeli regime for Palestinians commuting in the West Bank.
 
“Besides the crimes of infanticide, killing of Muslims and their atrocities in northern Lebanon, Israeli regime is shamelessly announcing its decision for normalization of ties with some Arab states” said Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari.
 
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought hailed Molavi Mofleh as a pioneer of Islamic unity in Afghanistan inviting the prominent scholar to attend the 34th Islamic Unity Conference which is scheduled to be held online.
