People in the Iranian southeastern Province of Sistan and Baluchistan have gone beyond ethnical and religious diversities and set the province as example of solidarity in the country.

Molavi Nazir Ahmad Salami, representative of Sistan and Baluchistan province in the Iran’s Assembly of Experts attended the Islamic unity conference held in the southeastern port city of Chabahar and lauded the people in the province for denying the ethnical differences and reach a high level of solidarity, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He highlighted Islamic unity as a top necessity of the present Muslim world and warned of the least focus on disagreements which might please the enemies.
 
The Iranian Sunni cleric also called Islamic unity as a valuable principle in Islam as the solidarity is stressed by all denominations and groups across the country.

 
“Sistan and Baluchistan is a grand manifestation of Islamic unity as its call of fraternity and solidarity is known to all” he said and called Islamic unity a valuable basis for Islamic identity and not a temporary political symbol.
 
Molavi Salami called for more attention to commonalities and warned of enemies making the best of disagreement and division among Muslims.
