'Divine Islam urges Muslims to gain wisdom': religious cleric

Religious cleric Hojjatol Islam Javad Haerie placed stress on the necessity of gaining knowledge and pursuing education.
 

Secretary General of Mohammadiyah Seminary in Shiraz, Hojjatol Islam Javad Haerie placed stress on the prime importance of gaining knowledge and pursuing education in the divine religion of Islam, repored Taqrib News Agency (TNA) Hawzah saying.
 
"Human knowledge and wisdom as to God's might and authority is of major purposes of the creation of universe," pointed out the religious cleric urging Muslims to make a move in this area and do not turn a blind eye to this issue which of its nature plays a telling role in thier lives.

Hojjatol Islam Javad Haerie went on to stress that the value of knowledge and education in Islamic teachings  was known to all, and it was proven beyond a shadow of doubt that no religion in the world emphasized on the importance of education as much as Islam did.

He added, "In Quranic perspectives, those who believe in God and do good deeds are appreciated; but it is noteworthy that those who engage in acquiring knowledge and education are held even better.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Secretary General of Mohammadiyah Seminary in Shiraz underscored, "The  true value sits in gaining knowledge and wisdom, surely this knowledge is counted as a pillar of divine Islam."

According to Hojjatol Islam Javad Haerie, "Knowledge can be gained through education or by God's grace and enlighten which is especially bestowed upon true believers and it comes as a result of faith, self-purification and practicing religious principles."

Secretary General of Mohammadiyah Seminary in Shiraz urged Muslims from all religious denominations and sects to do their very utmost and gain wisdom and knowledge in a bid to be able to overtake their enemies in all areas.
