Senior Iraqi jurisprudent met with Yemeni clerics from different Islamic denominations demanding for more solidarity among Yemeni Muslims.

Grand Ayatollah Bashir Najafi, top Iraqi jurisprudent met with visiting Yemeni Muslim scholars stressing the persistent support of Shia jurisprudence for all Muslims and urging for more unity among all Yemeni Muslims, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
Iraqi cleric expressed regret over the sufferings of the Yemeni people during Saudi invasion to the country and said,” The issue of Islamic nation is the penetration of foreign players who intend to divide Muslims while Muslims share a lot.”
 
He said,” Ahlul Bayt (AS), household of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), were the luminaries whose status cannot be negated by any Muslim; hence, what is stated on Takfiri (excommunication) pulpits are the propaganda of the world arrogant powers and Zionists who aim disintegration and dispersion of the Muslims.”
 
The cleric extended regret over the support of Saudi Arabia for supporting these division and also committing crimes in Yemen and Syria.
 
Grand Ayatollah Bashir Najafi urged for solidarity of Muslims and stressed Shia jurisprudence is constantly ready to contribute for all Muslim nations from all Islamic denominations.
 
Yemeni delegation also hailed the guidelines of top cleric and praised the supports of the religious leader for unity among Muslims.
