S. Arabia intervenes in Middle Eastern countries for Israel’s interests
The deputy secretary-general of Bahrain’s Islamic Action Society has described Saudi Arabia’s short and long-term goals in the region and stressed that all of Saudi Arabia’s policies are in the service of the Zionist regime.

Shaykh Abdullah al-Saleh, the assistant secretary-general of Bahrain’s Islamic Action Society, said that Saudi Arabia is currently intervening in the affairs of several countries in the Middle East, including Bahrain, Syria, and Yemen, adding that in the short-term, Saudi Arabia seeks to eliminate the peace and stability of these countries and create tension and insecurity in the countries that are an obstacle to their objectives, such as Iran, Syria, Iraq and Lebanon, reported Houzeh.
The Saudi regime also seeks to end the dream of independence and democracy in the region and to continue the dictatorial and indirect colonial rule of the kings of the Persian Gulf monarchies and their alliances with Western governments.
“They also seek to strengthen Takfiri terrorist groups and squander these countries’ wealth in order to buy weapons from Western states in order to fulfill the West’s goals in the Middle East,” the Shi’ite cleric said.
Hujjat al-Islam al-Saleh stated that in the long-term, Saudi Arabia seeks to consolidate the presence of colonial and imperial forces into a direct or indirect force in the region and create chaos, destruction and division in the Middle East in the interest of Israel and keep Islamic nations engaged with Takfiri terrorists. “The House of Saud shapes its relationship with Israel to escape the impression that Israel is not present in the affairs of the region,” he said.
In regard to Ayatollah al-Nimr, the Bahraini Shi’ite scholar said that the imprisonment of the revered Shi’ite religious leader and anti-government activist and six other teenage Shi’ite activists is due to the reason that they demand their natural human rights, including freedom of conscience, thought, justice and equality for Saudi Shi’ites.
He added that the issuance of oppressive sentences are not proportionate to the fabricated charges against the innocent defendants and this sentence is unjustifiable and illegitimate. “The execution of Ayatollah al-Nimr and the other prisoners will not lead to stability and justice but will cause further sectarian hatred, divisiveness and conflict in the country and region. Thus, the House of Saud must lift the death sentence and establish justice, stability and national rights for its Shi’ite citizens,” he said.
In regard to the Mina tragedy, Hujjat al-Islam al-Saleh said that this incident was complex and is still ambiguous and it manifested to the world that that the House of Saud did not take the proper precautions and acted in negligence towards the Hajj pilgrims. “We know that this incident was a deliberate act and it is unforgivable,” he said.
His Eminence also called on Saudi officials to take full responsibility for their actions and for an international commission to be formed to oversee the Hajj pilgrimage and provide security for the pilgrims.
