“Daesh has plagued the west.”

Hujjat-ul-Islam Ahmad Salek, head of the Cultural Committee at Iran’s Parliament, slammed the nature of terror attacks saying we denounce terror attacks be it in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria or Paris and noted that western countries were the masterminds of proxy war which has plagued them now, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He counted the US, Europe and the Zionist regime as the masterminds and financial supporters of Taliban, Al Qaeda, Jund-ul-Islam and Daesh, training and facilitating them with weaponries in order to achieve their objectives in Syria and other Muslim states.

He called Saudi Arabia as the factor at the service of western objectives and the country to train and deploy terrorists into Muslim countries while proxy war and terrorism has plagued its own creators.

The scholar referred to the supports of France for Daesh terrorist group and warned that the threat will soon spread to other European and American supporters of the group.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Salek expressed regret that in case of such incidents which damages a nation the price is paid by the Muslim community in the country.

He noted that the major concern of the west is over expansion of Islam and said,” The west is in pursuit of forming an American version of Islam because they find the power of Islam in jurisprudence and messages of holy Qur’an; hence, they try to create a type of Islam they like in order to guarantee their dominance in the world.
